Please check with the Romanian embassy in your country whether you require a visa to enter Romania. Please remember that it is your responsibility to obtain the visa in time.

The conference Organizing committee cannot provide invitation letters, but may issue a certificate only for the authors of accepted papers who are registered at the Conference.

Certificates of this kind are intended to assist potential delegates with raising their travel funds or obtain visas. They do not imply either any commitment or responsibility on behalf of the conference organizers to provide financial support.

If this is your case and you would need an earlier acceptance notification in order to apply for a visa, please inform the Organizing Committee (via e-mail) regarding this issue. On the other hand, please make sure, that you submit your paper as soon as the registration page opens (in December 2010), to allow time for the peer review process.

Therefore, if you require a letter confirming that your paper has been accepted, this can be provided. However, it will only be issued after a delegate has registered for the conference and payment has been received. There can be no exceptions to this and no letters confirming registration will be issued before payment has been received. Delegates requesting a certificate must pay through bank transfer, no credit card payment will be accepted.

Instructions on how to request letters confirming paper acceptance or registration will be provided on a case by case basis.
